RETURN REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Clean-Flo; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the condition it was received in and in the original packaging. There must also be a receipt or proof of purchase with the item in question.
Refunds: Once we have received the item in question, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item that you wish to return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item for damage or use. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, or other original method of payment. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable on the original purchase. Shipping the item to be returned will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
